randomness...and start of blog marathon catch up!

matt got my computer frustrations fixed(thank you hunky hubby!), so let the marathon blogging begin! i am bound and determined to get caught up with my blog....check back often, there will be lots of updates...june was very busy!

first...if i plan on blogging my butt off, i will need to stay out of here...

i am ashamed to even say this, but i havent even put a toe into my pool yet this summer! and its JULY! geesh, what have i been doing? i need to get in to relax...and it looks like it needs some cleaning....

check out my tomatoes! and peppers! they have grown like weeds! i have been able to get one green pepper (made yummy mostacholi), 3 banana peppers, but no tomatoes yet. i have tons of green ones....just waiting for them to turn red.

actually, i have had 2 red grape tomatoes...but both have ended up like this......
apparently the squirrels like the grape tomatoes too, and they have gotten to them before me!....anyone have a was to keep those pesky squirrels away from my tomatoes?!?!? i watched the squirrel eat this one...ate it all up! just left the stem!

my mother in law gave me an orchid to try again (she gave me some before, and i killed them quicker than that pesky squirrel ate my tomato!)...and look! i have a bloom! since taking this picture, i have had another bud bloom, and another about to open! too cool! i wonder if i can keep it alive long enough for it to re bud and bloom....only time will tell!

isnt it just the prettiest thing!!!!
