i failed.
my blood sugar was higher than they like...164 to be exact. the nurse says it should be below 140, yesterday, dr p said below 130....either way....i failed.
i have to go to a 3 hour glucose test on monday.
fun times
im bummed.
i think ill go crawl back into bed for a bit....and try getting up on the other side...

oh girl, you know that lots of folks fail the 1hr and pass the 3hr. you will do great!

Yeah - I failed both of the 1hr test for the kids and passed the 3 hour.. but the 3 hour sucks! Take a good book and a snack in the car for afterwards cause YOU WILL BE starving!! I hope you blood work place is better then ours, I had to sign in and WAIT my turn to even start the drink/hour process. Maybe smile nicely to the lady behind the counter and tell her why you were there and ask if you can just start the drink since you have to wait an hour anyway.. '

so sorry girlie - it happens to the best of us! and i agree, the 3 hour sucks!! it seems like 30 hours! have some food on hand for the 3hr 1 min mark - you will want it! hang in there!
