GREAT news!!! thats a TON!
i was still a little crampy and sore...but it was tolerable. much better than the night before!we did our first progesterone in oil (PIO) shot today...the first shot that will have to be given DAILY for 8 weeks!
this shot is an IM shot....HUGE needle that had to be given in my tushy...so matt had to give them to me!
now, if you know matt, this was a huge feet in itself! when we were at IVF orientation and they started talking about this part of the process...matt's hands started sweating!......and the shot was JUST BEING TALKED ABOUT!
i was like "oh, no!!! matt you have got to get over that! you cant be sweating when you just talk about the PIO, let alone, have to handle the shot and give it to me".
looking back, he did great! (and so did i if i do say so myself! after all, i was the one that was GETTING the shots daily!) 8 weeks, 56 shots....yes, my tushy became all bruised and lumpy from the PIO shots....but totally worth it!
monday, the dr office called and we were told we were going to do a 5 day transfer...
may 20th...
thats the day.
the day that 2 embryos will be transferred back in...
and we wait....

yes he is a good guy for doing it (and you) as I don't know if I could of done that for you.. well eventually I would of.. but you remember that time at Wakualla Springs when you stood at the top trying to get enough nerve to jump off that 3 story platform.. yeah that would of been me, waiting.. waiting.. so it's a good thing I didn't have to step in during your visit..
