my first mothers day!!!!

i had a great first mothers day!
i worked saturday night, so when i came home sunday morning...breakfast was made! bacon, scrambled eggs, and biscuits!!!! yummy!!!

not only had hunky hubby cooked breakfast...but he had also done all the laundry and ran the dishwasher and put the clean dishes away!!!!! and.....for the rest of the day, he changed all miss finleys poopy diapers! i didnt have to change a one!!!!!! did i score or what!??!?!!?
matt and finley each got me a card....and some loot too!!!!
we had breakfast, i opened my gifts....spent some time with them...then i went to bed and they went to church.
i got up early in the afternoon and we went over to matts parents house and had dinner and spent a nice evening with his family (his mom, dad, and 2 sisters and their families)...

hunky hubby and finley got me a bouquet of yellow lillies and pink and white sweetheart roses, goldfish crackers, kit kats and reeces pieces cups, 2 picture frames, a baked apple pie candle, margarita mix (cause i didnt get any margaritas on cinco de mayo), a scrubby brush for dishes disguised as a cute flower, and an all weather blanket that folds and zips up into itself...(i cant wait to use that for finley at the zoo, park, back yard, and where ever else we go!)

and today....

we bought a car!!!!!

we really needed something with 4 doors...and we got a good deal!

its a 2009 saturn aura...all decked out...moon roof, heated (hello) leather seats, all digital, all electric, blue tooth and on star available...blah, blah, blah....i am just happy it has 4 doors!!! boy, has my life changed!!!! have a great week bloogland!
