dave matthews band

last wednesday, we had a date night and went to the dave matthews concert! i Love DAVE! and have gone to the concert every year for the past zillion years in a row....matt, well, he just goes by default!
but we always end up having a great time!
thanks to grandma and grandpa for watching miss finley!

and then on friday my friend, christy, came to town....so we met up with her and her boyfriend (allen) for dinner. me, christy, and katie (pictured below) all went to nursing school together....and were close back then.

christy and i have remained close over the years...she is from chicago and she was a travel nurse, so i have taken many trips to see her....in HAWAII, in chicago...she is now back in the chicago area working in a hospital in the ER and going to school for her masters (GO christy!).

katie still lives in STL, is married, with the cutest 3 year old boy named william, and is pregnant with her second baby due around thanksgiving. she works at a family health clinic...and has been there for over 10 years!

we met at a little mexican restaurant, by our college (st. louis university baby!), and had a great time just catching up! finley was the cutest! william had tons of energy....and the men (hunky hubby and allen)...well, they enjoyed the cardinal baseball game that was on TV!
