this was finleys first christmas so i wanted to make a santa cookie plate that we can use in the years to come...
we went to glazed and confused one afternoon and had some fun with the pottery!
we used her footprint as the main focus of the plate....i AtTeMpTeD to paint her plate, and make her footprint into a reindeer!.....
matt kept finley occupied....
she wanted to get down and crawl around...
but that would have been a disaster, like a bull in a china cabinet....
do you see that wall of pottery?!?!?!
and here is the finished project!
i couldnt be happier!
i think it turned out GREAT! even if it looks like a 2 year old painted it!!!! it was hand painted by ME! with love!
this will definitely become a tradition.....with our future kiddos!;-)
they also made 2 tile footprints as a gift for me! the employees at glazed and confused are always so nice and helpful! and how thoughtful of them to make the moms a little gift too!
