danika turned 11 months old last week...on july 7th...
 i honestly cant believe that she will be 1 year old in less than a month! time sure does fly!

she never sits still! she crawls like crazy...
and cruises on the furniture! shes constantly pulling up to standing and then smiling all proud!
im sure she will be walking in a blink of an eye...not sure if i am ready for that!

   

she has 4 teeth. on june 12, she got #4, the top L middle one.....
she is a very happy baby! smiles and laughs all the time!
she says "dadadada"....and thats it. the rest of the time its danika babble!
she has this cute smile right now....she will look at you and smile real big and crinkle up her nose! finley did this too when she was younger.
and she will smile at the camera now too (you know i am digging this!). she sees the red eye light and will cheese it up! ive been getting some good pictures due to this! yipee!

 

shes been eating like a horse lately! she eats EVERYTHING! she will eat her food..then the food left from finley that she didnt eat! i still make her "baby" food, but weve been giving her more and more "people" food. some foods she loves are hot dogs, string cheese, yogurt, blueberries, bananas, grilled cheese, and cheerios. she likes it best if you cut it all up and put it on her tray so she can pick the pieces up and feed herself!
already trying to be miss independent!
i am still breast feeding her as well...when she wakes up, then every few hours during the day, then when she goes to bed.
she has started doing something too sweet when we are breast feeding...she will be eating, then stop and look up at me and smile that crinkle nose smile...then go back to eating! she does this several times during a feed! makes my heart sing every time!!

 

she is still a mamas girl...if she sees me, she wants me!
she ABSOLUTELY loves her sister! she gets so excited when she sees her! she bounces up and down pants like a dog! and finley is a GREAT big sister! always hugging danika, patting her on the back, and giving her toys and telling me "mama, baby wants milk"! if the baby starts fussing! and asking her "baby, you ok?" 

 

she goes to bed between 7-8pm and will sleep till 6-630! she takes two naps still, a morning nap between 9-10 for about an hour and then an afternoon nap between 1-2 for 2-3 hours. she now sleeps with a bear stuffed animal (she started this june 20th)...actually 2 bears! she sleeps all curled up on her belly...with a bear under each arm!

 

on june 13 she weighed 17 lbs 9 oz.
she is in size 3 diapers
danika wears size 9 month, 9-12 month, and 12 months clothes.
weve been very busy this month.....we went to the zoo with finleys preschool teacher, went out to eat with some old high school friends of mine, we go to grandmas to swim, we went to a water park with a co worker of mine, we did the race for the cure, and we went down to the fair st louis and watched the air show and fireworks for the 4th of july holiday.

she always has her tongue out of her mouth!
she points and grunts at everything!
she will pick up someones shoe, then lift her foot as if she is trying to figure out how to put that shoe on like she sees us do!
she puts the phone up to her ear!
she bounces up and down to music....and loves the diego theme song, just like finley does! they both break out in dance every time that comes on!
she is growing more hair...but still all in the back thicker than in the front and on top!
she started giving high fives on july 7th!
she doesnt take a binki anymore...she just weened herself! i wish everything would be that easy!

finley has the pink bow....and apparently had tons more hair!
