2nd wind lung walk

last october we walked in the "second wind lung walk" in honor of matts dad. this walk benefits lung transplant patients. matts dad had a double lung transplant feb 12, 2012 (and is doing fantastic!).
this walk was fun because the entire family was there! matts older brother, steve, and his family even came into to town from arkansas for the walk!

it was a tad chilly....but a long sleeved something on your arms and a hat on your head fixed that!

 

after the walk, we found a play ground where the kids ran off more energy....and the grown ups rested from the walk they just did!
