so i just had to blog for a minute because i am so excited! as you all know, i am a plant/flower person. i have planted all sorts of plants and flowers around our yard! well, a few years ago i planted some shade plants...hostas, lily-of-the-valley, astilbes, toad lilies and a few others. well everything is doing well, but the toad lilies...they have NEVER bloomed....UNTIL NOW!!! i went outside today and was just walking around the yard picking up sticks and such and to my amazement i saw flowers on my toad lily plants!!! so, here are a few pictures! enjoy!:-)

What a cool flower. It almost looks like an orchid. I would love to have a piece to plant in my yard. Can it be divided? You should be so proud to have grown something so beautiful. I love it.

I want one too if it can be divided.. altough mine will probably never bloom :) LOL
