exciting news....

matt is in school. he took 5 classes this semester (god help us both!)...this week is finals week! he (we) made it through this semester! he now has 3 classes remaining...then he will graduate with a bachelors in CMIS (computer management information systems!).
he got a letter from the college yesterday....

HE MADE THE DEANS LIST!

what a great accomplishment! in his hardest semester so far...and he ROCKED IT! congrats hunky hubby, i am so proud of you!
last week, while i was sleeping one day (i work nights), matt went to sams for a few things...and came home with A TON of things! anyway....i love fresh pineapple, but hate cutting it up! so i often buy them then beg matt to cut it up....back to the sams trip.....matt bought a pineapple to surprise me...AND CUT IT UP! i woke up and went to the fridge to find something for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by a FRESH.CUT.UP PINEAPPLE! yummmmmy! thanks matt, for that delicious surprise!

Hi there...every now and then I check out you and Barbi's blogs. Congrats to Matt on making the Dean's List, that's a great accomplishment.

I love pineapple too but also HATE cutting them up. I bought the coolest gadget last summer from Crate and Barrel. Here's the link...you should get one! http://www.crateandbarrel.com/family.aspx?c=746&f=23901&q=pineapple&fromLocation=Search&DIMID=400001&SearchPage=1
All you do is chop the top off the pineapple and then screw this thing in..after you reach the bottom you just pull it out and you have perfect pineapple rings! So smart!
