this past thursday matt and i had tickets to the CARDINAL/cub game! these games are always fun! there is a great rivalry between these two teams!

the night couldnt have been more gorgeous....the temperature was perfect! the hot dogs were grilling (can you smell them! mmmm), the nachos were scrumptious, and the crowd was ready for some baseball!

and we got to see the GOOD GUYS WIN! with this win, we actually SWEPT the cubs, we won ALL tHREE GAMES of the series! a perfect ending to a perfect night!

we have a section in our stadium called "big mac" land (the title came about during the mark mcgwire days and never left). if anyone hits a home run into this section...everyone that is at the game gets a FREE big mac the next day with their ticket stub! isnt that a great deal!!!! our "stud" of the team (i personally think they all are studs, but america thinks this guy is THE stud), PUJOLS, hit a home run! and it actually hit the "big mac" sign....right in the "I"...can you see it.... the collision made it go out!
