6 days old already! wow...a week ago, she was still inside me....all cozy and warm...

1/25....5 days old...yesterday, getting ready to go to pediatrician for the first time. it was snowing outside, well, flurries...
she weighed 6 lbs 5 oz (birth weight 6-13) and the ped said she was "perfect"!!!...
well, DUH! WE DONT NEED NO STINKIN' DR TO TELL US THAT!!!:-)
1/26. 6 days old...this morning, after breastfeeding. i do believe thats another smile! she is so awake and alert right after she eats! those big blue eyes just looking around. i love this time with her! (and every other time too!)
ps... i had a few posts scheuled to post before finley was born. i actually worked on them wednesday morning! who wouldve known that that night shed be born! so the next few days i am going to post them...trying to catch up on my "rewind" posts....i am almost done and caught up! whew!
