bacon, eggs, hash browns, biscuits! the works! boy was it gooood!
after our wonderful breakfast...we opened our gifts...
heres a few highlights....
i got a new hair dryer! let me tell you how excited i was about that! mine had crapped out on me a few days before....a girl with long hair, in the middle of winter...NEEDS A HAIR DRYER!
AND MY "BIG" GIFT...a huge surprise....was a cam corder complete with tri pod!
i love taking pics (im the girl that always carries her camera with her)...and we have thrown the idea around about a cam corder for years....just never acted on our idea...well, with the baby coming, i guess hunky hubby thought it was time to get one!
i am so excited to have it for when baby comes! now, i just need to figure out how to use the darn thing! lol...
matt is getting into racket ball...and had been using a cheap racket (actually, i think he has been using MY cheap racket!)...and he wanted a "good" racket...? to me, a racket is just a racket, but i was told that that is just not true....ok, i give up.....so i bought him a "good" racket (that he picked out on line cause i have no clue about stuff like that!)...
he also LOVES gummy bears, so i was going to buy him a bag of them, but then i found T.H.I.S! a 5 pound gummy bear! ummmm, score! too funny... a 5 lb gummy bear!
after he eats that, he will need that racket to burn all those calories off!
we had a great christmas morning...hanging out, the two of us...our last christmas as just the 2 of us!
after we opened gifts, i went to bed....because i was supposed to work again christmas night...but to my surprise, work called me and told me that there were too many nurses scheduled to work with too few patients on our unit, so i could stay home if i wanted!!!!
what a great gift! yes, i will stay home!
so matt painted my belly for christmas.....
then we went to a friends house for dinner....nice, low key evening...
heres our stockings....baby even had one!
earlier in the week, we celebrated christmas with matts family.....

i sure do hope you all had a grand christmas holiday as well!
i know...i am behind.....but my well wishes are good all year!!!

So glad to hear you guys had a good Christmas. And yes you are so right. My hair isn't long anymore but it used to be and even now as short as it is every women deserves and needs a new hairdryer every so often.

I love post!!! I got a chi for christmas and a girl loves some hair tools...especially us long hair girls...and lovey used to be into raquetball and then I bought him an expensive one and he hasnt really played since...nice hahahaha
