this day is special for two reasons....
let me fill you in!....
the first special reason makes us rewind to last year...
may 20, 2009....
we were blesses with miss finley through IVF.
we had tried to get pregnant for 2 1/2 years every way possible... IVF was our last option...the last medical intervention we would try before we moved on to adoption.
may 15, 2009 was my retrieval day.....you can go back and read about it here if you want.....that night was the worst!.....but, back to may 20th....
may 20, 2009....we did a 5 day transfer....on may 20, 2009
we transferred back into my uterus these two perfect little embryos....
shes in size 1 diapers
she wears 3 month size clothes (we go to the pedi next week and then we will know updates on weight and length!)
shes still a drooling fool!
she constantly has her hands together like she is praying....or her entire fist is in her mouth! as you can see in all these pictures from tonight!
she is all smiles! 99% of the time!
she has found her voice! and loves to "talk", coo, babble, screech and scream! she thinks she is so cool when she does this! and so do we!!!
we are still breastfeeding (ya me!), when i work, i pump and matt gives her formula...but mostly she is breastfeeding
she sleeps through the night...from around 10-11pm until 7-8 am still, then eats and usually goes back to sleep until 10-11 am
she can sit up assisted (either us holding her, propped against something, or in her bumbo)
she spins her self around when she lays on the ground...she did a complete 360 tonight!
she loves laying on her activity mat and kicking and batting at all the toys that hang down
she still is not a fan of tummy time unless she is on matts chest, if so, she lifts her head and squeals and is so proud of herself!
while she is laying on her back, she will kick her leg over and roll to her side....im sure rolling over is not to far off
shes rubbed a bald spot in her hair in the back
she loves watching tv and cardinal baseball games (im not too thrilled about this, but oh well)
she likes sitting outside and watching the leaves blow in the wind
she loves playing super baby (matt holds her above his head and she goes straight out like superman)
i could go on and on....but this post is long enough!!!

she is getting so big and at such a fun age! I think since bryn is so into babies you need to make a trip here!
