thanksgiving 2010

i hope you all had a great thanksgiving with family and friends....and FEASTS!
finleys first thanksgiving...
our first thanksgiving at home, just the 3 of us...
turned out spectacular!
i had to work tues, wed, and thurs nights.....so i cooked my sides on tuesday (green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, a pumpkin cheesecake, and cheesy mashed potatoes)....
i woke up early thursday to this....
the dinning room table was cleared off (it tends to be a catch all instead of a table to eat at...we need to work on that)....
and set with all our FEAST!
matt had cooked the turkey....and boy did it turn out fantastic!
he has a hidden talent,
THAT BOY CAN COOK!
(he even took pictures of everything throughout the day for me! how sweet)

while hunky hubby was cooking the turkey
(and REAL mashed potatoes and gravy and stuffing and a vegetable medley)....
him and finley hung out and played!
she was eagerly waiting to have bites of all the yummy food!

finley got to try EVERYTHING that we had!
even some pumpkin pie!
and she liked it all!
she even ate some cranberry sauce...without wrinkling up her nose!
this girl likes everything!

i have SO MUCH TO BE THANKFUL FOR......
and it all starts right here....
