ive been taking part in this for many many years....and now
it wasnt as hot this year!!!! which was very nice!!!!
there were 64,000 people that "raced" this year, it is such a neat experience! if you have never participated in something like this, and have the opportunity to...i strongly recommend doing it!
the energy is amazing!!!!
so...onto pictures from that day!
finley is ready to start the race! we did the 5k walk (there was no "racing" for this 30 week preggo that had just worked a 12 hour night shift!)
finley liked the view from daddys shoulders much better than the stroller!

the fire department had a truck out there with the hose spraying water....so we had to take a time out and run through the hose! finley didnt want to leave this part of the race route....but we had to finish the 5k!
look who is OH SO HAPPY about walking! she is such a BIG girl!

It looks like the race went well. For you to be out there 30 weeks prego, I give you props.
It was all I could do to walk to and from my car at that point, Ha ok I'm exaggerating a bit but you know what I mean.
