all sorts of fun!

around easter, we dressed the girls up in their dresses and went over to a friends farm so another friend of mine could take some easter pictures for me! we did this last year with finley and got some great pictures! so we HAD to do it again! the kids also got to feed the goats and chickens. finley had a blast! and had the most fun on the huge hammock....even when she ended up flipping it over and landed on the ground!...she still smiled! we tried to get a picture of danika with a baby sheep...she didnt want any part of that 4 legged creature! thanks jenn for taking pictures of my sweet girls again! and thanks angel for letting us invade your farm for a few hours! i think this has become an easter picture tradition!!!! see ya next year!

finley was so funny one night. she took two plastic eggs and put them in her "pockets"...but she didnt have pockets in her pants she was wearing, so she was just putting them her her pants! and she got the BIGGEST KICK out of this! see the egg in her pants down by her left knee in the middle picture!!?!??! shes so stinking funny!

 

we did our easter egg hunt a day after easter sunday. finley got so excited every time she found an egg! the baby was just happy sitting next to the basket and "finding" the eggs that were in there! then, of course we had to get the bubbles out! finley loves playing with bubbles! she also shuts herself between the screen door and the actual door! and giggles the entire time!

we didnt have tickets for cardinals opening day this year, but that didnt stop us from dressing in our cardinal gear and watching the game!

 

matt and i had a rare "date day". we had tickets for the 2nd game of the season, which was the day that they gave all the players their 2011 world series rings! this was fun to see! 

 

finley loves eating apples! she even gets mad if i cut it up for her (which is how i prefer to eat them, i hate actually biting into them!)....she is getting to be such a big girl!
she also LOVEs running around on the deck and blowing bubbles! i thought this outfit was too cute! her jeggins and her blue sparkly shoes!
and danika.....melts me with those big blue eyes every time!
