zoo

busy busy busy...where did i leave off?
back in june me and the girls went to the zoo with one of finlyes pre school teachers, mrs lisa. we have really become great friends with her outside of school...she is super sweet and i think she loves finley a ton (how could you not!).
we went into the butterfly house at the zoo...in all the years ive been going to the zoo, ive NEVER been in the butterfly house, and boy have i been missing out! it was GREAT! tons of pretty and colorful butterflies and flowers! the girls and i enjoyed it a ton!

 

another place we spent a lot of time at was at the hippos. it really is cool because you can see them (and the fish) swimming around. finley actually threw a fit when i finally had to carry her away and we moved on to other animals! 

 

we watched the monkeys chill,
saw the baby elephant and his mama,
loved the giraffes...
and enjoyed the lovely weather!
i just love this pic of the two of them in the stroller, if only we could read their minds!!!
