we had 1045 breakfast reservations for chef mickey! we all love breakfast food....just not at the usual breakfast time! so this later reservation was perfect for us! and the food was fantastic!
we saw minney, mickey, goofy, pluto, and donald! all are favorites of the girls! they were KIND OF ok with them here...we actually got LOTs of smiles for pictures! i think actually matt and i had finally figured out the "trick" to it, put the girl on our lap and have the character stand next to us....viola! smiles from everyone!!!
our waitress even brought matt and i 2 anniversary cupcakes (our anniversary had been monday)...that danika THOROUGHLY enjoyed! you wouldnt know it by looking at her, but that girl LoVeS to eat!!!
the transportation around mickey is a pretty elaborate system! we rode a bus every day too and from our hotel to the theme parks...which the girls loved doing!
then there is the monorail loop....that the girls kept calling a roller coaster! we got to ride that from chef mickey back to the bus station! the girls were way beyond thrilled with that short ride!
then we rode a boat to dinner that evening! it was nice and relaxing! and the kiddos loved that too!
after our brunch at chef mickey, our monorail ride and bus ride back to the hotel for a nap...then the bus ride and boat ride to the fort wilderness resort ...

this was so much fun!!!
it is served family style...all you can eat fried chicken and ribs, as well as a salad, baked beans, fresh-baked cornbread and strawberry shortcake. the food was delish! and it was all you can drink beer and wine!!! HELLOO!!!!!
the entertainment was GREAT AS WELL!
it was set back in the pioneer days... and was Wild West dancing and singing
lots of audience interaction too!!!.....just a great clap your hands, stomp your feet, sing along!!

we all went back to the hotel and went swimming that evening in the
hotels pool!
every night they show a movie outside by the pool so we watched a little of that....
then we went back to the room for baths and play....
and bed!
what a great day of food and fun!

Wow! It really seemed like the girls were starting to warm up to Mickey and Minnie finally! The hoop de loop(what ever you called it) sounded like soo much fun! I wished I was there too! What a great day!
