matt and jenn: 4 months... balloon glow.... baptized

our sweet nora turned 4 months old last week!
lots has been going on in our neck of the woods...

matt and i celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary sept 16...
we took a family weekend trip up to michigan (where my family is from) and my aunts/uncles/ and cousins got to meet matt and the girls! (blog to come soon!)

on sept 17th we all went to the cardinals baseball game!
this was noras first trip to a game!
she was awake for a bit of the beginning of the game, then slept the rest of the game in the front carrier i had strapped to me!
the big girls were good! we brought them plenty of snacks and their "computers" (tablets) and that kept them occupied! they did watch the game some...
the lady sitting 2 rows behind us even came down and commented us on how pretty our girls were and how well behaved they were!

on sept 19, our baby turned 4 months old!
she is in a size 1 diaper and size 3-6 and 6 months clothes.
she weighs 13 lbs 6 oz and is 24 3/4 inches tall!
she still is not a huge fan of baths...
hates tummy time...
loves her bouncy seat with the lion, hippo, and monkey hanging down in front of her so she can reach out and grab them!
SHE COOS AND BABBLES A TON! (i love this@@@@)
she still is a drooling fool and chews on her fingers a lot!

she is a chunky monkey and has THIGH ROLLS! ive never had a baby with thigh rolls like her!
she still just has peach fuzz with some longer strands on the back of her head.
her lip is healing well from her surgery last month, we massage it several times a day to lessen the scar tissue...and she hates that!
she eats every 3-4 hours, usually 4 ounces, but it can be as much as 6 oz. and dont even think about stopping her bottle to burp her! nope! you better wait till shes done! she still wakes up at least once
throughout the night to eat, usually around 3 am..
she poops once every 3-4 days. and if you put her up in the air over your head like an airplane (or lay her on her tummy) its like you open the gas valve! she lets massive gas go! its hilarious to me! i do this several times a day just to giggle! (and to make her tummy feel better!)
she sleeps in her swing or rock n play at night in the living room. i am trying to get her to sleep in her pack n play in the bedroom...she slept back there for her afternoon nap the other day for 2 1/2 hours!

she loves watching her big sisters or anything on disney channel!
she gets all exited when she sees me (or any of us really) and gives her huge wide open grin and kicks her legs and waves her arms!
on her 4 month birthday she rolled from her front to her back (pictures below)...to get off tummy time!
and on sept 23 she laughed out loud for the first time! i was changing her diaper and i pulled her feet up to her face and touched her cheeks!@ she thought that was the funniest thing! and then finley started laughing cause "the baby is funny!"

we went to the balloon glow in st louis on her 4 month birthday!
this was totally cool (as usual) but finley was disappointed that we couldnt ride in the balloons!
