so heres a few progression pics....i am definitely NOT DONE, so please excuse the mess! this is a work in progress! matt came home from the gym last night, and said, "you made it worse in here tonight"....
"well, yes dear, i was going through more baby shower gifts...and the room will get worse before it gets better!"....
there are piles every where....but there is a method to my madness! the piles are organized!......
the changing table (a gift from my dear friend and co-worker).... our dresser, a shower gift from matts mom, sisters, and grandma....
our glider, a shower gift from matts mom, sisters, and grandma (and yes, that is one of the cats all curled up in the chair!)....the crib, a shower gift from my sister, mom, and all our florida friends!
the car seat (a gift from a high school friend of matts) is out of the box! ready to be installed into the car (baby steps!)
the crib...all bedding-ed up! i just loooooove the bedding (a gift from matts bro n sis-n-law)!!!!
heres what the room looked like last night....when matt says it looks worse! yes, it looks like the room puked....but i am working on it! i walked in to work on the room and found all 3 cats taking a nap...heres 2 of them (in the glider, and curled up in the mist of things on the floor....then i walked in further....and saw the 3rd cat, my baby...
curled up and taking a bath IN THE CRIB! ummm....hello, i know you are my baby (right now), but this is NOT.YOUR.BED!.....

ugggg! but i think it is safe to assume that as soon as there is a little person in the crib, moving and making noise....the cat will be M.I.A!

bootylicious loved all things baby - except the baby. she would sleep in the pack n play, bouncy seat and her bed, unless she was there! looks good jenn!
Your room looks so awesome!!! The rib set is sooooo cute. And I love ur babies... we only have one..I want another.
it's all coming together.. FYI our local police department.. maybe fire department (might want to call first) installs carseats for FREE to ensure they are in correctly! Might want to check it out. They even provide a cut 'swim noodle' to stick under the carseat to help level it so it's not so angled and the baby's head falls down, you might remember ours. Give'em a call and mark it off your list.

So funny that your baby took a nap in the crib and so cute that all 3babies want to hang out in there. They're nosy little critters, they know somethings up!
There is a net cover that you can get for the crib to keep the cats out if it does become a problem. A friend of mine had to get one for the crib at her mom's house because her cats did want to sleep with the baby in the crib. I think Baby R Us sells them. If you need more details just ask and I will check with the people that had to buy one - they might even still have it around somewhere that you could use if you wanted.
