10 months!

finley is 10 months old today...
i still cant believe how quickly we are approaching the big "1"!

she is so much fun and such a joy to hang out with!

she is always smiling and so happy!

she is very ticklish!

she still only has those 2 bottom teeth

she now puts her arms up and her hands over her head for "sooooo big"

and she also does it at the end of patty cake when we "put it in the oven for baby and me"!

she still is a little monkey and uses her feet for everything! to play with toys, to grab things! its pretty funny to watch her and her little feet in action!

she sits like a champ, and STARTED CRAWLING this week~ her preferred method of motion is still rolling everywhere, but she is getting better at crawling! its so cute to see her crawling, its almost as if you can see her little brain trying to figure it all out..."ok, one arm forward, then a knee, then the other arm, then the other knee....oh, dang it, this it too hard, ill just lay down and roll!"

we are still breastfeeding! some days i only breastfeed her in the morning and she gets pumped milk the rest of the day and other days i breastfeed her most feeds, it just depends on what is going on that day. i am also making her baby food still, she is still a great eater and will eat anything we give her. we are giving her more from our plates now....and she loves that! i think it makes her feel like a big girl!

she is in mostly size 9 months and 12 months, but there are few size 6-9 pants that she wears as well. she is in size 3 diapers.

she didnt want to lay still for my picture of her on her rug.....can you see the "fit" she is throwing!?!?!?;-)

her sleeping is still about the same as its been for a while now. she goes to bed between 8-9PM and will sleep until about 7-8 AM, then take a morning nap 2 hours after she wakes up...usually around 10, for about an hour.....then she usually takes her afternoon nap around 2ish...and that nap is about 2-3 hours....she sometimes takes an early evening cat nap as well....

she has started to reach for everything while you are holding her and walking somewhere, like she just wants to touch things...and it doesnt matter what it is! she wants to touch it! the wall, the door, the light switch, the fridge, the picture on the wall....EVERYTHING! then, when she does get to touch it, she smiles....and leans with her arm out to touch it again!
